Assistant Property Manager

Established full service Property Management firm is seeking an experienced assistant property manager to support the daily needs of clients and the property management team.

Candidate is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of each given property & working with colleagues to ensure the goals and expectations of the client are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responding to unit owner and trustee questions/concerns, reporting and responding to maintenance requests, attending and conducting Board and/or Owner meetings, interpret condominium documents and available to participate in after hours on-call rotation for answering service.
  • Experience dealing with Unit Owners and Board of Trustees for a Condominium Associations and accreditation with CAI are preferred but not required.

  • Strong computer skill
  • Have an acute understanding of accounting and facilities maintenance
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • 1-3 years' experience in real-estate related industry
  • Their own means of transportation
  • Fluent in English
  • At times you will be required to attend weekday evening meetings with clients

Rental Property Manager

Established full service Property Management firm is seeking an experienced residential and small commercial property manager. Portfolio assigned consists of residential units ranging in size and building structure, all are located within the Greater Boston Area.

Candidate is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of each given property & working with colleagues to ensure the goals and expectations of the client are met in a timely and professional manner. This is a growth opportunity, seeking an eager candidate who is willing to grow the rental portfolio for the organization.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responding to tenant questions & concerns regarding leases as well as maintenance inquiries, monitoring rent collections & eviction processes, oversee turnovers (including marketing on YGL & MLS for co-broker opportunities), conducting unit inspections, enforce conditions of lease, meet with property owners and/or investment groups to discuss financial position and maintenance needs of the property.

Candidate is expected to have experience in rental management as well as a brokers license; accreditation with IREM are preferred. Interested candidates must be a team player, exude patience and a willingness to learn and facilitate growth within the department.
